looms. is a British rapper, writer and elusive head operating somewhere between underground hip-hop, lo-fi, outsider folk and whatever else leaks through the walls.

Emerging from a run of intimate SoundCloud recordings in the mid-2010s, his catalogue has grown increasingly strange and personal — warped samples, skeletal drums, uncomfortable honesty and a delivery that sounds completely his own. His work has moved through Alpha Pup and Blah Records before the creation of his own Lo & Behold Construction Company.

Alongside Bahamian rapper Obijuan, looms. forms languid.oceans, a transatlantic partnership built around two very different voices somehow occupying the same murky universe. Their second LP, LO2, arrives physically through Riff Pillage Records.
